Easy Access for Inspection or Cleaning Access doors can be built into chutes, and hopper doors can be quickly removed using a special screwdriver or key.
The Extensions Our bin room extensions are individually made from 10 gauge mild steel, hot dip galvanised after manufacture.
The Range of Hoppers Our self-closing hoppers in cast aluminium or steel all have vandal-resistant hinges and gaskets, which help to close doors quietly but securely. Our "Code" and "Trug" cast aluminium hoppers can be expected to outlast other hoppers on the market. Our "Ealing" and "Argyle" Anti-Vandal hoppers have a 4 Hour FIRE RESISTANT CORE to BS476 part 4, and part 7. Doors are manufactured from Stainless steel. Doors self close against a SMOKE RESISTANT SEAL. Frames are manufactured from mild steel hot-dipped galvanised after manufacture, or stainless steel.
On Site service Our service providing technical assistance to site managers is second to none.
Installation This is usually carried out by the main contractors. However, we can also offer an installation service, if required, for new chutes or repair or replacement of old chutes and hoppers.
